This Custom Integrated Circuit was a “Charge Locked” differential capacitance sensor based on charge redistribution principles design for use in High Reliability Automotive ABS Brake applications. The device was specified to operate over a temperature range of -40c to 150c with Military level device qualification standards and an emphasis on analog element long term stability. Key IP Elements;
